What are my rights on returning goods?

At UGX you can take your purchase for fourteen days. If you still want to return it, this is possible. Pack all undamaged parts back in the box and send them back to us.
Note: Please request an RMA number before returning it.

As soon as the shipment has arrived, we will check it and return the payment to you within 14 days, including any shipping costs.

As a company, can I order without VAT?

That’s certainly possible! If you have a company with a valid VAT number, we can transfer the VAT. This way you do not pay VAT on the ordered product.

When can I expect my order ?

If the product is in stock, it will be shipped the same day if ordered before 16:00.
Should something go wrong for whatever reason, your purchase will be shipped the next ”working” day. When shipping out of the EU it can take a day longer (1 to 3 days).

Can I track the status of my order?

Yes, this is certainly possible! You can see the status in your account. If your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the Track and Trace code of the relevant transport company.
Note: it often takes a few hours for the track and trace to work.

Is it possible to pick up my order from you warehouse (assembled)?

This is certainly possible! We will then contact you to schedule an appointment to pick up your order.

I can't order because my country isn't in the shipping list.

If your country isn’t shown in the list of shipping addresses. Please contact us so we can add you country to the list. We try to add as soon as possible al country’s to our shipping list.

Can you do full installation on my Gaming PC i ordered?

Yes we can! Not only windows we can install but we also can install the racing games or flight simulation games or whatever you wish for.
If needed we also can make your Steam account and install the games on your id.

Why can't i buy a Racing chair?

Because of the size of the chair/box we don’t recommend to send it to your country. Due to high cost we disable it. If wanted, we always can quote you a price for the chair.
We do advise to buy the chair in your local country.
