Racing simulator defective on receipt

Does the race simulator appear to be defective? Contact us directly. You can then return the race simulator. After we have received the Racesimulator you will receive a new copy immediately.

We are about to exchange a few conditions. The Racing Simulator must not have been used or damaged. The Racesimulator must be returned within five working days of purchase and must be packed in its original packaging with a copy invoice.

Content not complete upon receipt
Ugx-shop.com checks the contents of the packaging. We may, however, have overlooked something, which may mean that a part of the Racesimulator is not included, such as e.g. a bolt.

Is this the case with your Racing simulator? Send us an e-mail stating what your address details are and which part we have forgotten to send. We will send the relevant part to you as soon as possible.

Mounting error on receipt
Does the Racesimulator not function properly, or does the Racesimulator not meet the delivery conditions? Let us know what’s wrong with the Racesimulator. Our technicians can give you a clear explanation to solve a mounting error. Is it unfortunately not possible to solve the error? Then we will come up with a fair solution.

Warranty term
The warranty period that we issue on the Racing Simulators is 2 years and is valid on factory faults. User wear is not covered by the warranty. No guarantee is given for transport damage such as scratches or dents. Ugx-shop.com works together with, among others, Cheapcargo to deliver the seats as safely as possible. The invoice is also your official guarantee certificate. Therefore, keep him well.
